[dropcap]O[/dropcap]ι σειρές συνεχίζονται ανά αυξάνονται με ταχύτατους ρυθμούς και μια ακόμα που είχαμε ήταν το American Gods, που άφησε πολύ καλές εντυπώσεις, ενώ μετά την ανανέωση για τρίτη σεζόν, υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό.
Σε αυτή την τρίτη σεζόν, επιστρέφουν οι Dominique Jackson, Eric Johnson (Vikings) στους ρόλους των Ms. World και Chad Mulligan, αντίστοιχα. Παράλληλα νέα πρόσωπα είναι οι Marilyn Manson ως Johan Wengren και Herizen Guardiola στον ρόλο της Oshun, ωστόσο υπάρχει ένας ηθοποιός που απολύθηκε.

I mean, what else could it be?”
Συνεχίζοντας είπε τα εξής: “To the wonderful Neil Gaiman, thank you for allowing me to play this role, for writing this wonderful book, for opening the door for me to become a writer/producer on Season 2 of American Gods, thank you, sir,” he continued. “To the magnificent Bryan Fuller and the incredible Michael Green, thank you for creating this series and for allowing me, also, to become Mr. Nancy. I hope the fans enjoyed it because really this is about you. I hope you loved it as much as I loved doing it.”
Η σειρά βασίζεται στην νουβέλα φαντασίας του Neil Gaiman και αναφέρεται στον Shadow Moon έναν πρώην απατεώνα που προσλαμβάνει ο Mr. Wednesday ως bodyguard καθώς το δίδυμο μπαρκάρει σε μια “διακρατική αποστολή για να μαζέψει τις δυνάμεις του ως προετοιμασία σε μια μάχη με νέες θεότητες.”
